How Bad Does It Smell?

Many people have expressed concerns to me about the effect of the Rendering Plant on the community of Anatolia.  While I have spent a lot of time out there I have not really noticed the smell very often.  In researching the plant I found out that is is owned and operated by The Sacramento Rendering Company.  It is frequently monitored and if anything has been out of code the plant has been cited for it.  Some citizens responses are that they only notice the smell about 4 to 5 days a year.  Here are some FAQs regarding the plant.  FAQ
